Terrible customer service and management argued with me over the phone after calling and saying my pizza was cold she said it cout dnt be because it just got out the oven,staff very argumentive
I've been waiting an hour and 20 minutes, and still no pizza. I received a text update that my order went out for delivery 40 minutes ago. I called the store and all they said was the driver took 5 orders at the same time, so it could be a while. Not particularly helpful, and I now have zero expectations of it being hot. Update - 1 hour, 40 minutes. Half of my cold pizza is missing cheese. I think 1 star is too generous.
Horrible service. Observed a lot of horseplay while waiting. I ordered half cheese half peperoni large pizza and bone in wings. I got one large garbage ass cheese pizza. Then a free medium peperoni for accomadation but wings was bone out. I think they need to put someone in position that can actually take down a order correctly. My advice is double check your food if you order over phone. Its best to order online. This pizza hut sucks!!
When i called in for a simple delivery i was immediately placed on hold. My phone is currently unable to hang up ( for what ever reason) so after the 15 min mark of the 20 min i was on hold i felt like i was being brainwashed by the melodic hold tunes. i finally had enough and called from my home phone to at the very least end the call. while the young lady that picked up the phone ( third day thats why im throwing 4 stars) was getting my info the phone died -_-. Refusing to give up i call a last time. they took my order ( with a coupon) and by the grace of god and all his angels i finally had my two frozen personal pan pizzas delivered within the allotted 45 minutes for a mere 11.98!
This is the worst pizza hut in the area. The manager has a horrible attitude and the food and service are suffering because of Jordan Ward and ADF....
