Pizza's great, drivers are nice, but I've paid for marinara the last SEVEN times I've ordered and never received any. Last time I paid for it and got it carryout just in case and sure enough, none, and I was asked to pay for what I had already paid for. Not hating on the place, but Jesus h. I don't pay for something extra so I can get nothing. Will continue to order from them just won't add on.
Great pizza when they put the right toppings on it. I've only been keeping track of the last 12 pizzas I ordered and they've gotten it correct only 5/12 times. That's ridiculous! Good luck if you order from this location.

I then called the store to find out what going on, the shift manager was rude as well Only thing she said was “ I’ll talk to the driver and what do you want me to do about it?” And then she hung up on me. I called back she then said “ I don’t have time to deal with this” and hung up me again. I again called back and asked her for her manager name she refused to give me the info and told me to stop calling.
A couple of days go by and the owner calls me and asked me to tell my side of the story. I tell him and then he promptly stops me and says that I should be ashamed how I talked to the shift manager and I tried to explain to him that the customer is always right he then “no not always” and then he told me that “it want hurt my feelings if you never order from me again “
On Sunday December 3rd 2017 I ordered from the dominos pizza on Ringgold rd in Chattanooga from the website at approximately 11:30 am and paid with a credit card. A few minutes later the driver called me and said the he have to look at the card when he gets there. When the driver showed up he said rudely “where’s your card” I handed it to him then he said “I need your id” “so I can verify that your card ain’t stolen” I was confused he then said “what’s your problem buddy?” I said to him well it’s the first time that I’ve ever carded for a pizza
Always hot and fresh. Quick delivery and friendly staff. Had a mistake or two in the past and it was swiftly remedied and I was happy with the response.
