Surprisingly good. It's not a fancy hotel. But it's clean and the staff is very nice. The bed is the most comfortable I've slept in compared to any other hotel in s long time. It's even nicer than many luxury hotels. Some hotels may have expensive mattresses, but they get old and saggy. This one was very good. I would definitely stay here again.
Very easy to find, restaurants close by. The rooms are clean, bathrooms are roomier than other similar hotels. Loved the Paul Mitchell personal care products, the towels and sheets were actually comfortable. The lobby is clean and spacious, with complimentary coffee, hot cocoa, tea, water and newspapers at all times. Hot breakfast is available, and has extended hours during the weekend. The staff was very friendly all around, they were quick to fix and refill anything at breakfast. The pool was my only issue, it smelled a little over chlorinated at times, and with no lights inside the water, I couldn't tell how clear it was. The score was clearly posted on the wall however. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
Fantastic service. My flight was cancelled the day before my stay and they took care of me. They were nice enough to actually accommodate me and retract the cancellation fee. Fantastic and good hearted people.
Nice room space, enjoyed the fridge and microwave in the room. Bed was very comfortable, low and soft (I need beds that aren't rock hard). Issue I had with room was a bit of mold on shower curtain (true mold) and HVAC that was excessively noisy (in a faulting out way). I had to flat out turn it off -was only staying one night, so didn't complain or try to get it fixed. Staff friendly. Breakfast area was nice and decently stocked. Not a bad option, although the immediate surroundings seem a bit sketchy.
This place is super nice, super clean has won a bunch of awards for the last 10 years. All the rooms have modern TVs microwaves refrigerators desks couch tables. It's a super nice place and I'm happy I stayed here.
