Conveniently located off the Interstate. Room is spacious with desk large enough to spread files. Clean / comfortable medium / firm bed /m pillows. Rating of 4 stars because Cleaning products used are chemical based and room has a lingering smell. If you are sensitive to chemical cleaning / agent smells, suggest that you notify staff in advance.
The hotel has easy access to the freeways.
Thanks to our Best Western points, we were given an upgraded room with a sitting room area and separate bedroom. It was nice having a couch and two TVs.
Stayed 2 nights, 5 days apart. 1st night - the room had no shampoo and had to ask the desk for it. No biggie. Came back for our 2nd night later in the week - smoke detector in room was making an ear piercing beeping sound and needed new batteries. No shampoo again. Was switched to another room. This one had obviously had repairs done to the room such as patching the bathtub. It was still cracked and looked like water could get through and to the underneath. Not really quality work. Overall, the hotel was decent for the price. Appeared clean and the beds were ok.
Good local right off I 75. OK for price. Was too scary to park out back where they wanted us even though hotel seemed to be at 25% capacity.
The breakfast was good but would like to see non-pork meat products for breakfast such as turkey bacon.
We moved car up front. Lots of room and light. Breakfest fair. Hallways could have been cleaner. Room was fine for price.
Very friendly helpful staff. Room was nice. My only complaint was the hot breakfast items. Did not have much taste. The other items like fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc where good. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Chattanooga
