Renee is extremely nice and on top of everything. I choose to deal with her when down sizing my units as I get rid of items in my unit and she is very helpful with keeping me updated when smaller units are available. Do to me moving out of the country and having my belongings in public storage I felt very good about leaving my things in my climate control unit.
