Very upset. Waited for 30 minutes and still no food. Asked for money back and even that took a long time. MANAGEMENT IS THE PROBLEM!! l don't expect any comments from the main office. Love the food when I can get it. Others walked out too, just like me. Shame!!!
The food is usually good. But they charged me for 2 salads and only gave me 1. When I called to get my pther salad, they were VERY RUDE and basically called me a liar. On other occasions, the mgr was rude. On another occasion, the little girl who took my payment, closed the window and proceeded to stand there with a fellow co-worker and make fun of me and taunt me through the window. So....VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....average food.
The blonde young cashier was so incredibly rude. Don't snicker at customers. Thanks.
