I would highly recomment Groome Transportation. They were prompt, courteous, and helpful. The van was clean and comfortable (my only negative was the van was cold when we first arrived - I'd recommend warming the van before riders board. The driver actually said he had recommended that to his superiors). Even with leaving a healthy tip I saved money over driving and parking my car for my 7 day trip.
The Groome shuttle was prompt and the drivers were very polite and helpful. On my return trip, I booked for a drop off on the 3:15pm shuttle. I made it through customs faster than I had anticipated and had plenty of time to make the 2:15. I called the Groome office and they told me that it was perfectly fine for me to take the earlier shuttle, they would still drop me off at the location I had requested. All in all, it took a huge headache out of getting into and out of the Atlanta airport.
I used this service last minute and worked well! $42 from Atlanta to Calhoun is well worth it!! This service actually goes all the way to Chattanooga!! Very happy with service and driver Rob!! Great job adding him to your team!! Was able to join an early shuttle since I arrived earlier and was not a problem. Highly recommend if you need to get dropped off.
I have had excellent experiences and one that was very poor. My latest use of this service resulted in calling the main office during transport. The driver picked up his cell phone and gave it a glance 5 times. At that point, when he reached for it again I sternly stated for him to put the phone down. No other words were exchanged nor did he reach for his phone again. I expressed to the off that while transport 15 passengers that this behavior cannot be tolerated.
Every time I have used this service, I'm very happy. This company offers excellent service. The drivers are courteous and kind. I got to the airport on time, and it was a very smooth drive.
