Staff is super friendly, great food and amazing service! You'll always be welcomed with a smile staff makes sure you have what you need, food is great, and it's always so relaxing when I eat here. I wish I could rate this place more than 5 stars!
By far the best Waffle House in Chattanooga, and probably one of the busiest! The cooks are consistent and the wait staff is courteous and always making sure you have what you need. I eat here way too much! I’ve been eating here for at least 15 years, and have had a good experience almost every time! I don’t see myself ever stopping my trips to the East Ridge Waffle House!
Got an order to go and had good service from the lady that took my order and packed it up to go with everything I'd need. The food was prepared quickly and everything was. I went with the grits instead of hash browns for once and glad I did, they were really good with some butter. I substituted the waffle for biscuits and sausage gravy and that was another good call. Everything was really good other than them having the phone off the hook so I couldn't call in my order.
The waitress was friendly which made us happy because everyone else in town appeared to have racist tendencies... I guess we got our hopes up to quick because when we got back to the room, my friend discovered that her steak was half eaten. My order was fine, but mine got cold having to take her back to get another meal. A mess.
Not to bad. Hadn't gone here in year's. Took my 16 year old daughter here. She loved it. Nice people to.
