My only complaint is the pricing, but that is a company issue and not store dependent. I work in the industry and know how supply houses price similar goods. There is a price for convenience after all, so I totally understand the markup.
I don't belive their is less than 30 days,a year that I do not go to any one of their stores. Best hardware store in the US. And if they don't have it..they will get it straightaway.
I frequent the location. It has great staff, great management, and overall a nice selection of goods.
A great place to find what you need when you need it. You may pay a LITTLE BIT more than you would at the Big Box stores, but you can actually get what you need fast and they will actually help you find what you are looking for.
Even though they didn't have the specialty item I needed, they were most helpful and didn't look at me like I was crazy. Definitely "the helpful hardware place".
I love Elder’s! The prices are not as high as you might think and the selection is excellent for a store this size. Bought two fittings for an outdoor faucet and they were only 60¢ or so. I love the layout and how neat everything is. Very helpful staff, too!!
